Hi there friendI was going to reply to this earlier but got caught up. I think we posted at the same time so I didn't want to make it seem like I ignored your reply. But I use to be terrified of OBE's. Sometimes I still am. But with the help of everybody here and some reasearch online, I have learned to calm down when it happens and to let it flow. I find that when I remain calm everthing pretty much still seems normal except for the fact that I am floating and walking on what feels like air. (Hard to explain).
I'm still learning how to embrace this slowly though. The more I do, the more its seeming to happen now and the stronger my experiences become. If at one point you think you may want to explore this and you have questions please let me know.![]()
