Well not completely different as it's building on a theme started much earlier.

Mikey's ideas, communicated through his mom, Carol, have stimulated interest and helped guide members about spiritual issues. For those who accept survival as a fact, but remain puzzled about the nature of existence in the immediate following dimension, I hope the following questions to Mikey, and his replies, will give food for further thought.

Mikey, we know a fair bit about your physical life which ended a short while ago but may I ask some questions to get a broader impression of the life you now lead? Not the general principles governing us all but how it is/was for your personally?

We know you passed over as a young adult and naturally you speak to your mom in the fashion of her adult son. At times, though, your mom's hinted that you journey elsewhere to be guided by experienced and knowledgeable others. (using my words) At such times do you also present to your helpers/teachers as that same young adult? Or (assuming you were not a 'first-timer' here) can you/ do you present in a way that shows you as a more spiritually-experienced individual?

In a similar way, when responding to website members' questions, do you have to present your replies at levels which match the personal spiritual understanding of the enquirer, rather than your own level of understanding?

Finally (do I hear you shouting hooray!) can you give us some indication of your own 'status' in terms of your level of spiritual understanding or accomplishment? Are you aware of previous lives, about the experiences and spiritual understanding they afforded etc? Do you know in detail where you're heading now, particularly in connection with the work you do here on the forums but also anything else?

Mikey tells me he has been to earth many many times. Hundreds. Through these many experiences he has progressed well spiritually. He presents as a scholar to his higher guides. Mikey says he communicates with me in ways that I will understand. Gradually he has progressed his terms with me as I have progressed. He tells me he doesn't want to "overwhelm" mom! I started clueless at this and he did not want to scare me. He keeps his answers at a level that is understandable to the person who is asking the question. His understanding is higher. Mikey's spiritual accomplishments continues. Teaching through the veil progresses him further. He is heading to "more LOVE"!!! That is what it is all about! He continues to tell me he of the teaching plane, which is very loving and glorious. In Heaven or the Afterlife, spiritual growth is constant. Guiding and teaching others is very progressive in regards to spiritual growth. The forums are an excellent way for discussion and teaching according to Mikey!

May I follow on from the theme of music (in another thread) and how it can be used by discarnates (like yourself) to bring comfort to those who miss them after their passing? I've split my ideas into separate sections for ease of reference.

You explained that so well that it's led me on to re-think much more seriously about how 'spirits' can be involved in the trivia of the physical. I use the word 'trivia' in the sense of them not being earth-shattering revelations about survival yet being totally dependent on its truth.


One example of that was accounts elsewhere of how individuals were helped to find parking space for their car - by spirit companions! I've heard other such examples and was once highly sceptical but I'm accepting that there are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio......


Given that discarnates can influence events in such ways as above, and assuming they draw close to the earth dimension when 'doing their stuff', can you offer your thoughts about why many others can't, or won't, draw close to a loved one who is seeking evidence of survival through a medium?

In this overall context does the 'ability' of spirit individuals to influence or take part in such events indicate a high(er) degree of spiritual evolvement, the reverse of that or does it show nothing of spiritual relevance?

Moving on to a second theme, on this website we've discussed the frequent references to 'something new' being about to happen leading to all manner of changes in awareness and understanding. It's something I hear from many other sources too but are we mistaken over its imminence?

Often it's suggested that this 'something' is just around the corner but from your studies 'over there' is that in any sense the case? Or is it simply the continuation of a gradual and constanly changing awareness that's been developing since mankind emerged in the form it presently uses?

Roberta says - and I agree - that we won't see anything in the remainder of our lifetimes but might it be that changes will come about over many, many generations, well into the future rather than there ever being a sea-change?

Will you offer your thoughts as to whether the Spiritualist movement, which has been at the forefront of spreading the message of survival in the westeren world for quite some time, has run its course?

This final question (are you shouting hooray!) is about the interest shown 'over there' in how much we understand 'over here'.

In general, mainstream religions dominate our world and most have no, or little guidance, to offer on subjects that we on this website discuss routinely. Many might see us as cranks, weirdos or nutcases.

Is this also how you, and your friends and helpers, are seen or is there a 'heaven wide' awareness and support for spreading the message of survival?
