I am new to this forum, but it has already brought me comfort. My husband, best friend and soul mate passed May 3rd and I am having trouble getting through each day. My heart flutters and sometimes I find that I can't breath (although cardiac tests show nothing wrong). I have gotten comfort through speaking to a medium and most recently from emails from Craig Hogan. I believe my husband communicated with me a few days ago after I was able to relax listening to Roberta Grimes describe the afterlife online. I found myself between awake and asleep and before I knew it, I became aware of my husband waving his arms very quickly in front of me as though trying to get my attention. It looked like he was gesturing "hey, look at me quick before I fade" - much different from what my own mind would have created. He was vibrating incredibly quickly. I stared hard at him while he gestured and then he just faded, as though he could not maintain the energy to stay in front of me.
