Hi Poeticblue!

It's so nice to have a fellow cat lover on the forum.
I'm also a "kite person" as well (mainly single-line kites like box kites). I've even named my kites after my cats. I've got a kite I've had for several years that I named "Kite-Sandra" after my cat, "Catsandra".
My Mom even nicknamed me "Kitey-cat". We've had cats all our lives (along with a few dogs who were raised along with our cats.)
Flying kites are like "planting flowers in the sky", and they can even glisten like jewels when they're backlit by the sun.
My Mom and I are going to do a lot of kiteflying in the Summerland, so feel free to stop on by! (Everyone's welcome!)

Thanks so much for saying that. It helps me feel better, even though, at the moment, it made me miss him so much because he felt so far away. I felt like I was just told he was going deep into some unknown part of Mongolia where I could never find him. Now I am trying to develop this intuition, but I suspect that his apparition was a result of his hard work rather than any talent on my part. You are very kind to think of me on a Saturday afternoon.
