My cousin recently told me about a weird incident from his early childhood, and it seemed perfect for the crowd on these boards :) It goes like this:
Not long before he was born, our mutual grandmother passed away and left his family several pieces of old Victorian-era furniture, including an ornate bed frame. My aunt and uncle moved that in as their own bed, and when my cousin was born it eventually became obvious that he had a strong personal attachment to that bed. That would be nothing amazing by itself, but when he started talking around the age of two he would always call that bed "my bed," even though he had his own bedroom at that point. When his parents tried to correct him by pointing out that it came from his grandmother, he matter-of-factly declared that it was his bed "from when [he] was big."
I dunno about you, but that sounds like something I would expect to hear in a past-lives situation. Sent a chill down my spine to hear it, and according to my aunt it's completely true.
