HI!All , This is my first post here. Over the last several years I have received I believe messages from the otherside. I stopped putting my work/experiences up on the net a while ago and said to myself I would never do it again but here I am. I hope this upload works and that genuine people out there will appreciate it. They are around us all the time , especially when you need them. I have many more messages if that meets with the general approval of most members. My method of recording is one that can be passed on to others. If you are genuine they will know and in time will communicate to you. All that you hear are real recordings. This one late at night in my study. When you hear your name you know you have made the link with the otherside.

Hi EVPAUSTRALIA,
I just downloaded your message and listened to it. To be honest, I don't hear much of anything. Maybe it's just me, but I can't discern any words. Do you, by any chance, have some clearer recordings that we could listen to? As for the message at the link you posted, what exactly did you hear?
Do you seek out contact from the other side, or does it just come naturally? It could well be that you are destined to shared your experience of ADC (after death communication) with the world. Not many people report actually hearing voices, but the number of people who do is still larger than one might think. Are the voices you hear of people you know, or just of "random" dead people?
I hope this helps!

I definitely heard, "Good night Kevin...good night." But I had to listen to it a number of times. Cool.

Vic Smyth, I listened to the recording again several times after reading your post. I still cannot make out the words, but it's probably just me. Maybe you're more aware of this stuff, who knows?

Actually, Vic and Vita, you are ahead of me: I couldn't figure out how to make it play! I have listened to a lot of EVP, however, and I usually have Vita's problem: if I hear anything at all, it is vague and uncertain. Hearing the messages seems to be a talent that not everyone has, and I'm delighted that you heard it, Vic!
Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP) are part of the larger phenomenon of Instrumental Transcommunication (ITC), which is indisputably real. I am so glad that you have joined us, EVPAUSTRALIA, and I hope you will share more of your work with us!
For people who are new to this kind of communication with the dead, here is generally what I have come to know about it:
1) EVP that we can recognize are very difficult for dead people to produce. This makes sense when you think about the fact that people without material mouths and vocal chords are trying to form words on our recording equipment! Dead people communicate with each other and with us telepathically. Even if they have strong psychic gifts, simply learning to produce recognizable sounds on our recording equipment is hard for them.
2) The dead are very choosy about who they will bother with. Because this is so hard for them and it tends to take time for them to connect, EVPAUSTRALIA is absolutely right when he says "If you are genuine they will know and in time will communicate to you." Very few people have the patience to stick with it long enough to get high-quality EVP.
3) Trying to pick up ambient voices in haunted places is unlikely to be productive. Very few earthbounds possess enough spiritual energy to make any kind of audible sound, and indeed most of them seem to be unaware of our presence. The EVP that I have heard which were recorded in haunted places sound like nothing to me.
4) If you try to record EVP, you are very unlikely to pick up your own loved ones' voices. Nearly all really successful EVP communications are produced by teams of spiritually advanced dead people working in what are often called "stations" which they establish at or near the recording site of their living collaborator. Rarely they do manage to get that collaborator's father's voice on tape if that is what is really wanted, but more often the one speaking will be a more advanced being.
5) People who are loving, consistent, and patient can sometimes develop close relationships with teams of the dead. Some of the most successful of these relationships have been developed in Europe, and the communications were received in languages other than English. Mark Macy's Miracles in the Storm and Spirit Faces are enjoyable and easily read books which detail some of the history of this technology. If you have a hankering to start doing your own recording, just beware: becoming regularly successful at getting voices can take years of patiently recording and listening to your recordings, day after day. And those you seek to work with can read your mind, so if you are not already loving and fairly spiritual and if your motives are not pure, you are likely to wind up with nothing.
Anabela Cardoso is a prominent researcher who is currently working, and I reviewed her wonderful Electronic Voices (http://afterlifeforums.com/content.php/143-Electronic-Voices) last fall. In another lifetime, I would love to share her hobby. Meanwhile, dear EVPAUSTRALIA, we are fortunate to have you here. Please do share more of what you are doing!

I'm wondering if I heard the words because the file name on the website was entitled "EVP GOOD NIGHT KEVIN...wav". I'm not doubting that this is a genuine EVP communication. But I would love for EVPAUSTRALIA to post another one with an obscure title like jsudhe.wav and then I would see if I could make out the words without any clues.
On rare occasions when I meditate I can hear voices (other than my ego chattering away). But it's usually a short trivial phrase, sometimes one of parents (both deceased) calling my name. Sometimes it's a word in Polish (which I'm somewhat fluent in). So maybe I have a gift for this. Or maybe I'm just joyfully slipping into schizophrenia. :)

Vic smyth,
It is quite common for people to hear voices when they mediate (or when they're sleepy). All the levels of the afterlife are right here, so the only reason that we don't hear more of this stuff is because we have a particularly strong ability to block it out. When we are mediating (or going into/coming out of sleep) this ability is sort of turned down, so we are much more likely to notice contact from the deceased.
Also, just so you know, schizophrenia doesn't present itself just by causing auditory hallucinations. Patients with this disease also tend to have a persecution complex (and are thus paranoid) along with breaks from reality. It is common for a person with this disease to have problems using a rational thought process. I only know you from your posts here, but that doesn't sound like you at all!
